so - how do we work when designing a website??

During the last 12 years we have learned and adapted many development methodologies and we believe that our main development strategy (whether it be for a simple logo or a complex web application) has one main component - and that is communication.

We believe in growing with our customers - there is no point in designing something, and then simply letting it get old. As times are changing - so does your company!

Your web presence could be one of the most important marketing tools of your company - so for you to achieve that, we do not only offer you the highest quality design and development - but assist you to do market research, helping you to reach your target market, modify your site based on customer feedback etc.

step 1

We will meet at your premises (preferrably) so we can understand what your company culture is all about, what your products look like, what your customer type is, what you are trying to achieve with the website - and most important of all - what your company identity is. At this stage you can provide us with existing marketing material, which we can either re-use or incorporate in the new design.

After this initial visit - we will compile a comprehensive quote based on your website needs.

step2

Once you accept our quote, we will immediatly register your domain name (if applicable) and register all the neccesary email adresses. If needed, we will also assist you to setup your POP 3 accounts at the office - so you have access to your new email right away.

We will also prepare a couple of draft designs of the website, incorporating different designs and layout, so you can have an idea how everything will fit together. We will also include the draft text and content on the draft website.

We will only continue to step 3 - once you are completely happy with the content, design, functionality and layout of the website.

step3

During this phase we upload your new website and finalise registration with search engines. Once your website is live, we will inform you via email.

Your website is now live - but, as it takes some time for search engines, web crawlers and web spiders to pick up and register your website - you do not have to sit and wait. We can, at a nominal charge, design a web-shot (email-shot) for you to email to all your existing clients, informing them of the new website. This email will be HTML rich but will also be containing a hyperlink to a holding page on your website - should the email / graphics be rejected by the customer firewall.
